At Housious, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process simple and transparent. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- and must:
- Be recorded during initial unboxing
- Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product issue
- Include your Order ID and proof of purchase
- ❗ No returns accepted for opened, used, or tampered products.
- ⚠️ Returns accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
3. How to Request a Return

Include your Order ID, issue description, shipping label photo, and unboxing video. -

- Go to the “Return & Exchange” page
- Log in, select the order, and upload all required return details
4. Return Process & Shipping
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- We are not liable for lost/damaged packages. Use proper packaging and trackable shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 24–48 hours.

Refund Methods:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (2–5 business days)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Requires bank details for NEFT/IMPS transfer
6. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Products without a valid unboxing video
- Used, opened, or damaged items
- Items bought during clearance or sales
- Customized or personalized products
- Hygiene or personal care items
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You must return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
9. Additional Notes
- Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Issues with replacement items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
