At Housious, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and hassle-free across India. This page outlines everything you need to know about how and when your orders will reach you.

✅ Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders—no minimum purchase, no hidden fees. Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders qualify.

🕐 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email and SMS once processing begins.

📅 Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 4–5 working days.
  • Total delivery time: 5–7 working days from order placement.
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.

🚚 Delivery Partners

We deliver using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and other Shiprocket-powered networks.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

🔄 Missed Deliveries & Non-Response

If you're unavailable during delivery or don't respond to calls, emails, or WhatsApp after multiple attempts:

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If still undelivered, the product will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
  • In such cases, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (especially for COD orders).

🧾 Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier partner name
  • A real-time tracking link via email or SMS

You can track your order any time using this link.

Your products are securely packed in tamper-proof, eco-friendly boxes with full protection to avoid damage.
